A Modular home is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We use name brand insulation in the floor system, ceiling and walls, and standard wood tilt, take out insulated windows. Exterior insulated steel doors with magnetic door s sealers are standard. Combinations of insulating materials in our optional energy package include high "R"-3 insulating board, plus "R"-15, "R"-19, and "R"-38 fiberglass insulation. Modular homes meet or exceed energy efficiency standards for our marketing area.

All homes are registered with the Residential Warranty Corporation, in the name of the purchaser of record which offers a one year warranty. Your local builder by being RWC approved can extend the warranty to 10 years.
